I know what I'm giving my Dad this Father's Day

My dad will be getting his very own Boston Locket with a photo of my 2 older brother's and I.

It really makes me a bit sentimental thinking about giving this gift to my dad. My mom passed away 10 years ago of breast cancer and well as obvious as it is, we are their children. We are, in a very real sense, his link to her and seeing this photo of my brother's and I together as adults (I had my husband take the photo quickly a few weeks ago at a birthday party) well it's really special. He's so hard to shop for and I'm very excited to give him this gift.

Reminder: this friday June 5th is the last day for Father's Day non "rush" orders.

Most men I know don't wear photo jewelry. This has presented a problem for me, since as a wife, daughter, and mother of 4 boys - there are lots of males in my life that I would love to give one of my pieces to.

So I put my creative juices to the task and after months in the making, it's here and I can't wait to give my husband his for Valentine's Day!


It's our new “Boston Locket”.

The Boston Locket is a slide top "secret box" that holds a custom ¾” x 1” photo tile with room for a personal inscription on the back. Inside there is a secret note scrolled at the top that you can write any sort of romantic, meaningful, or personal sentiments on.

There is an optional sterling silver key clasp, key ring, or chain with clasp (like a pocket watch chain), and it can even fit a second photo tile!



Who is it for?

It would be great for new Dad's (with a pic of his new baby), Husband's (with a romantic photo in it or family photo), or as a father of the bride gift (think picture of old photos with daddy and his little girl), oh there are so many possibilities!

I just love the fact that when it is closed it looks like a block of wood with a funky design carved in it. Nobody would know that there is a special photo/memory in there, nobody but him that is!
